By using Rise Your Way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Rise Your Way is an AI-powered learning tool designed to help people who process information differently. It provides accessible text formatting, voice input and output, and simplified AI responses.

Rise Your Way is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional educational or medical advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

You may use Rise Your Way for lawful learning and personal use. You may not:

Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system prompts or underlying technology.

Share your account credentials with others.

Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage.

Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Free plan: Limited daily messages. Some features are restricted. We may change free plan limits at any time.

Paid plan: Billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds for partial billing periods or unused message credits. If you delete your account, any remaining subscription time and message credits are forfeited.

You own the content you create and the messages you send. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.

You grant Rise Your Way a limited license to store and process your content in order to provide the service to you.

AI responses are generated by machine learning models. They may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should verify important information from other sources.

Rise Your Way is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Rise Your Way, its design, features, system prompts, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Rise Your Way. The system prompts are trade secrets.

The Rise Your Way name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Rise Your Way.

Rise Your Way is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate AI responses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rise Your Way is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
